Mmmm.. Tioman!
Well fellas, I am back from Tioman and here I am updating my blog.
It was not really smooth going as I expected as our flight were delayed for 3 hours and our room air-con broke down when we checked in. However, with the right company, we entertained ourself while waiting for the air-con to be fixed... and some unexpected things actually happened!
1. Got attacked by a handicap monkey.
I know some of you guys must be laughing when u read this.. but this CREATURE is INSANE!
I was walking back from the beach alone when i saw this bunch of monkeys searching for food from the dustbin just outside our room. Apparently their leader was this handicap monkey who had only 1 leg and 1 hand.
I was walking half way when i suddenly caught its attention... and it suddenly just ran towards me! I didn't turn my back and run as I know that it will continue to chase me. I just slowly walked backwards while looking at it and I managed to make it back to the room in one piece. Basket.. I think they thought I was trying to challenge them as I was half naked at that time. I called Fabian and Jordan out to take a look at the monkeys and we saw one of the monkeys attacking some big fat Indian guy! We just stand there and laughed while the man just ran away...
We ended our Day 1 trip by having dinner at the seafood restaurant and the guys had a good "male- bonding" session in the room till we slept.
Day 2 was much better as we were constantly on the move... We took the speed boat to the other part of Tioman to see the waterfall... and took a dip in it!
After that.. the snorkeling begins!
I shall let the pictures do the talking about how we spent the rest of our remaining trip :)

Think before you act
So you like someone and you think that he/she is the one for you.. But have you thought about what will happened IF you were really together?
Yea.. there will be definitely fun and enjoyment in the relationship but how long can it actually lasts? As people grow older, they will start to plan for the relationship instead of just fooling around and enjoying it.
So try not to commit if you are not sure. Know the other party better before deciding whether he/she is suitable for you.
Broaden your horizon. Your other perfect half could be out there waiting for you.

Liberation day
Yes! Finally the exams are over! Had a great celebration after the 3 hour paper exams by going to cineleisure for sushi buffet, marina square for bowling and to end the day, we watched a heart warming movie called Definitely Maybe.
However this is just the beginning...
The next day, some of us decided to go to the Night Safari! The place was much better than i expected but the price of the ticket was freaking expensive! It was $32 for the tram ride and $22 for the walk... however you don't get to do this everyday so well.. i was willing to spend... But the things we see and did definitely justify the ticket's price!
First off we went to see the "Creature of the Night" show.. The animals performing on that day were definitely on strike! Some of them refused to perform and obey their trainers...The funniest part is when the owl had diarrhea on the audiences.. HAHA! Think it ate mouldy pig-nuts or something.. The other animals performing were so cute! I bet you can't believe that i am saying that but it is true!
Next up, we went to took the tram and walked the animal trail.. Saw a lot of interesting and weird animals.. and we associated them with some of the people we know...hahhaha! I was quite amused by the comments the girls made.. hahah shows the cute and innocent side of them.
Especially when we entered the bat "cave".. Su en and Brenda practically pulled my shirt and hide behind me.. I was so sad that i was treated like a sacrificial object for them..
Su en even used the pamplet to cover her head...
Overall the trip was fun. Glad i went for it and had a good laugh at all the stupid things we did and joked about.
Well that is how I started my holidays.. more to come dudes!

Life of a plastic bottle
Today when i saw a plastic bottle, I suddenly thought about the bottle of water I brought during the kayaking trip..
I realised that I had brought my bottle every where during the kayaking trip. The reason being that the water is to quench my thirst under the hot grueling sun.
Regardless of capsizing the boat or doing various rescuing exercise, this little plastic bottle had always stuck with me. I even managed to "save" my bottle when it was floating in the sea water. For some reason, it had great importance to me.
However, at the end of the course, I took the bottle back to the starting point and we started moving the kayaks back to wash. After finishing the task, me and Silvester were anxious about leaving early and decided to ask for early dismissal. We got approval and faster packed our stuffs and went to bath.
During my ride home, I realised that I have totally forgotten about the bottle. Though it was just a disposable plastic bottle, I felt dumb for giving so much attention to it and yet losing it at the end of the day.
So what's the morale of the story?Once something has value to you, you take notice of it. Once it's purpose is gone, you forget about it.
So are you a bottle? Think about it.

Study break
Sick, feverish, headache, flu... all this happened to me for no apparent reason. It must be the retribution of all the people I had been making fun of! Tried studying law but apparently I got giddy just by reading the content page. I managed to keep myself awake by watching concert dvds before lying on my bed in deep slumber. Great way to start the studying break (basically, a break from studying).
So how do you spent the first few days of your holiday break? Hopefully it was more productive than me. If you are still lazing around and haven't started anything yet. I suggest you better stop reading my blog, off your computer, and start doing some serious work!

Life so far...
Well, since I revived my blog, it's time to update my old friends what I have been up to so far..
Ever since I have entered SIM, I have met a great bunch of people. Thank god I joined the orientation before school started and met a bunch of crazy guys.. But surprisingly despite our different personalities, we managed to click well with each other.
We kept in contact till school started and this was the beginning of our clique expansion!
From a humble beginning of 6 people, we managed to expand our group to almost 3 times the size! With our crazy antics, we were usually the centre of "attraction". This made me look forward going to school everyday.
I know you guys want to see pictures right? Haha! Ok here are the following "casts"...
In no particular order (in case if you think I am bias or what):
Fabian aka the man with two moles
Always carefree and has the chill attitude that can be compared to mine. Don't be deceived by his goody-two shoes looks. Has the art to look at people in a different perspective. Always maximize his vision and has good taste.
Dominic aka Chiongster

He is the type of guy who always "jiang yi qi". Despite his fierce and cold exterior, he is actually a very friendly guy. Always making full use of this time "conserving" his energy during class and constantly arguing with his "best" friend Randy. His aggressive attitude matches his favourite phrase: "Just thamba la!"
Randy aka Talk cock-king and question mark man.
One of the most KP guys I ever met. Main source of entertainment and the centre of attraction. Got the towkay look and aura. His thirst of "knowledge" apparently consumes his sanity. Always has alot of questions which brings back to more questions (multiplier effect). A guy who knows what he wants to do in future and loves money.
Silvester aka Mr Fit

No doubt the fittest among us. A former diver who takes pride in his physically abilities. The only JC guy among us. Smart and hardworking guy. Has low tolerance level when facing with his adversaries. Potential actor with his exaggerated facial expressions and actions. Can eat a lot without feeling guilty.
Jeremiah aka Shit Man
Famous for his "cake" skills. Toilet is his second home. Has a wide knowledge to get to the nearest toilet. Always try to be sacarstic but in the end it always backfires back to him. His favourite target is Randy. Apparently, his target started to shift towards Jordan. A guy who is very committed in his religion. Always willing to give us a free ride back whenever we are going home after outing. Has a pretty sister.
Clarence aka Head of Sisterhood

The guy with all the cards for discounts and privileges. Usually the main organiser for events. The girls usually treat him as one of them. Loves to drink and likes to compete with me. Always game to have try something different and have fun. A good singer.
Ok thats all for today. Will update soon so stay tune to the next post! ... GIRLS!

Onion man
Shit, after 2 days of kayaking, my skin started to peel! Luckily it was just my forehead so far.. but I have a feeling the rest of face will start to peel soon..
But it was worth paying for the course to get the 1 star. Can start to kayak during free time after the exams!
The feeling of kayaking was great. Dirty water and under the hot sun.. paddling my way to the centre of the river in the midst of all the other water activities and being oblivious to it... Great way to de-stress just before the exams.
But hey.. back to reality.. Examinations in two weeks and I haven't even done much revision yet.
It's time to go study then.
